The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, though they could use some updating to brighten up the atmosphere. The service was satisfactory overall, with helpful staff assisting in various needs. The location is very convenient for exploring Thekkady, but more activities for kids would be a nice addition. The dining experience was excellent, especially with the variety of traditional Kerala cuisine available. However, the lack of in-room refreshments despite having a mini fridge was a downside to consider.

The service was helpful, right from the managers to the workers, for various needs like booking safari rides. However, there was an incident where we were falsely accused of creating a plot to avoid paying the bill, which was unsettling.
